How much spore solution / liquid culture do I need to inject?

We recommend between 2-3ml per kg of sterile grain. (4-5ml for a 1.5kg bag) make sure to test your spore solution / lc on agar before injecting to ensure sterility.

After inoculation how should I store the grain spawn?

Store the bag in a dark place with a temp between 20-25c

How long does the grain spawn take to colonise?

This is dependent on a few different factors. During summer months colonisation is quicker as the ambient temp is generally easier to maintain. Mycelium slows down in colder temps.
